Data collected

The website logicoq.fr is a static site. It has no forms and no user accounts.

Booking a call. The “Book a call” buttons lead to Calendly, a third-party service. The data you enter there is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy, then passed on to the data controller to organise the call.

Direct contact. If you write to contact@logicoq.fr or call the number shown, your contact details and the content of your message are used only to reply to you. They are kept for at most three years after the last exchange.

Audience measurement. The website uses Google Analytics only if you accept it through the banner shown on your first visit. Without your consent, no measurement cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Analytics collects browsing data (pages viewed, device, source of the visit) with IP address anonymisation. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and can be changed by clearing the site data.

Language preference. Your language choice is stored in your browser (localStorage), without being sent to any server.

Server logs. The hosting provider, Ligne Web Services (LWS), keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) needed for security and operation of the service, for a limited period.

Legal bases

Consent for audience measurement. Legitimate interest of the data controller for answering contact requests and keeping the website secure.

Recipients

Data is neither sold nor transferred. It is accessible to the data controller, to the hosting provider (LWS), and, if you use them, to Calendly and Google (Google Analytics). Google may transfer data outside the European Union under the mechanisms provided by the GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@logicoq.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
